Did you miss looking at the moon? Did you make a mistake? Don’t be so hard on yourself!

Inner cheer is destroyed by a conscience which bites. Learn to do everything in a worthwhile way. It’s an art which teaches you to appreciate your inner beauty (It makes you think twice about ruining it, too).

Don’t be hard on yourself when making a mistake. It’s much more effective to be handled with love. Telling the self off is a terrible habit, it subtly shapes a nature of sorrow.

Did you miss looking at the moon? Finish the business of thinking of rubbish and instead take delight in all that you’ve found.

I agree that we shouldn’t be constantly be hard on us. Force is less effective than Power as Dr. Hawkins can tell. Although we shouldn’t fall into the other end of the spectrum which is slothfulness and stagnation. We need to find a balance and figure out what we want out of life.
